Ordering

How do I place an order?

Choose your products, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details, select an available payment method and review your order before placing it. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can be changed before dispatch.

Where are orders dispatched from?

Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 5–8 days. Timing may vary with the destination and carrier.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking details. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Carrier updates can take 24–48 hours to appear. If there is still no update after that, email [email protected] with your order number.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and apply it before paying. Unless an offer says otherwise, only one code can be used per order.
